Delivery & Returns
Ordering is easy
Just click on the items you want, agree to the usual T&C's and you're away! All payments are processed via Protx the leading online secure payments provider.
Once you have placed your order, we will confirm receipt of the order to you by return email. When placing your order, please ensure that your email address and daytime telephone numbers are given correctly should we need to contact you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa Electron.
We Deliver
Standard delivery costs £3.75
All our standard delivery is Royal Mail Recorded and needs to be signed for so we can track and trace it. We are relatively flexible about where we deliver to, and give you the option of storing different addresses in your own address book when you place your order.
Next Day Delivery costs £5.50
If you have to have it right away, as long as you order before
4pm, your purchase can be sent via a next working
day service (Next Day Delivery) by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders placed on Friday before 4pm will be
delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be
delivered on Tuesday.
European Delivery costs £7.50
It takes 5-8 days by Royal Mail International Signed For.
We will refund you
If something you received is not what you really wanted, we will refund the cost of the item if you let us know up to 7 days after receipt (e-mail or snail-mail). You must return said item by Recorded Delivery within 21 days of receiving it, in re-sellable condition (i.e. with all labelling and packaging in tact). Return postage cannot be refunded unless goods are faulty.
If you received a faulty item and would like a refund, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery (this does not affect your statutory rights). We can refund you in full (including return postage cost) or offer a replacement (and the return postage cost).
We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of returned orders. We can only provide you with a refund if the goods are returned to us by Recorded Delivery.
